Owner/President/Chief Operating Officer

 

Founder of GMT.  Started GMT in 1981 and all together has renovated 50 buildings, constructed new roads, built single and multi-family homes, and converted apartment developments into condominiums, all in MA and NH.  A graduate from Dracut Senior High School, and Merrimack College Insurance courses.  Owned and operated Gorman-Litchfield Insurance Agency from 1975-2000 before selling the agency to Fred C. Church Insurance and concentrating all his efforts in real estate.

Keith M. Gorman

Property Manager/Supervisor

 

Keith has worked with GMT since 1995.  Keith completed two years at Rivier College in Nashua, NH before transferring to UMASS Lowell and earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management during the Fall of 2002.  Other Education includes a completed course in Real Estate Principles and Practices through Lee Institute, Brookline, MA and a certificate of completion from the North East Builders Association for the Construction Supervisors Seminar.

Bryan P. Gorman

Property Manager/Supervisor

Bryan joined GMT in 1995.  He attended all four years at UMASS Lowell and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Management during the Fall of 2002. Other Education includes a completed course in Real Estate Principles and Practices through Lee Institute, Brookline, MA and a certificate of completion from the North East Builders Association for the Construction Supervisors Seminar.

Frank Jr. is a graduate of Western New England College.  Before graduating he attended Rivier College in Nashua, NH.  His background is in Business Management with a degree in Criminal Justice. Other schooling includes a completed course in hoisting education through the Peterson School.  Frank works for and is employed by the Middlesex County Sheriff's office while working part time for GMT.

Administrative Assistant

Tammy joined GMT in April 2001 and handles everything in-house including accounts receivables and accounts payable for all properties and current and future developments.
